Our computer exhibits are designed carefully to work in museums.  We write software that takes advantage of the unique  social aspects of museum visits, and mixes well with other types of interactives.  It’s much more effective than recycled home or school software.  And we provide a complete package, ready to run — computer, software, camera and interface in an attractive tabletop package

Welcome Screen 

A simple touch-screen interface is used to select a category.  We can tailor the exhibit to best match your audience - level of difficulty, other languages, number of choices.  Hold a “write your own tongue twister” contest, and the winning entries can be included in the exhibit.

Category Screen 

A typical category screen is shown.  Notice that some of the ‘diabolical’ tongue twisters, like Willy’s real rear wheel, seem simple enough until you try them.  Great motivation for early readers.

Touching one of the boxes takes you to the practice screen. 

Practice Screen 

The practice screen opens a live video window showing a close-up of the visitor.  The chosen tongue twister appears in a box above the video, the words highlighted in sequence to help with timing.  After practicing a while, touching the Take the Test box leads to the Twelve Second Tongue Twister Test.

Test Screen 

On the test screen, a Twelve Second Countdown appears, prompting you to repeat your chosen twister as many time as you can.  When the test is complete, the transition to the playback screen is automatic.

Playback Screen 

This features a continuously looping playback of the test just recorded.  Touching one of the three speed buttons allow you to hear your performance in your normal voice,  with a chipmunk’s chirp, or in a rich basso profundo.  The real fun, though, is seeing that you did indeed say irrebelent benelepent elevents.  Sepen times!  Touch Go Back to try again.
